Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

All in-stock items ordered before 12:00 pm Eastern Time will ship same day.  Items NOT in stock will ship no later than two (2) days from receipt of order. We have warehouse locations in South Carolina, North Carolina and Massachusetts that help supply our products.  All orders ship out of our South Carolina office. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order or issue with unforeseen availability, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss.

Our goal is to keep you playing at your best. By doing so, we have set targets, worst case, to deliver you grips no later than five (5) business days. This target is a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for Golf Grip Warehouse.  This measurable value demonstrates how effectively we are at achieving this key business objective.

Please keep in mind that holiday, weather and possible remote areas can extend shipping duration.

We'll send you an email when your order ships. Every once in a while, unexpected order volume can result in a longer shipping queue for our fulfillment center.

Please know that we are working hard to get you back on the course with fresh grips.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier, USPS, to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Golf Grip Warehouse does not currently ship international.
